Request a makeup class

Make Up Request Form
We will begin allowing Makeup classes starting November 1st

You can request a makeup class with this form.  
Please fill out the form completely.  
We will contact you by the end of the next business day to let you know your available make up class options.  
Due to COVID class size restrictions, we may not be able to offer a makeup class in your genre/level. 
If we are unable to find a class in your genre, we will try to find a comparable class to offer.
There are 3 makeup classes allowed until the end of January, 2021.
