Business Manager / Marketing Director

Susan is originally from Silver Spring, MD. Her family moved to Frederick in 1997. She has 2 grown children and a son in law who are amazing. Susan worked as a substitute teacher with FCPS for 13 years, served on the local PTA as an Officer and with the County Council PTA.  Susan thoroughly loved working with the children of Frederick County and serving the school system to help make enrichment opportunities for the students.  

Susan makes sure she always has time to volunteer  and currently volunteers with the Sgt. David J. Smith Memorial Fund and loves organizing community donations through the studio.

 Susan’s daughter started dancing at 24/7 Dance Studio the first year it opened and they never left.  Susan has happily worked at 24/7 since 2004 and is currently starting her 21st year.  Susan says “The best part of my job is working at community events, meeting new families and watching so many wonderful children grow in the arts. I look forward to another great year!”
