Dance Instructor

With 24 seasons at 24/7 Dance Studio, Kristie Culler is known for her creativity, innovative choreography, and passion for helping dancers grow both on and off the stage. A Frederick County native, Kristie discovered her love of dance at Bettie Jane’s Center of Dance Art and is dedicated to creating a classroom environment that is equal parts educational, collaborative, and fun.

Outside of the studio, Kristie brings more than 20 years of project management experience and currently serves as a Senior Project Manager with RLDatix, a global healthcare software company. When she's not working or teaching dance, she enjoys supporting her son’s growing music career, spending time on her family’s farm, and expressing her creativity as a freelance floral designer, creating beautiful wedding and event florals for family, friends, and many former dance students.
