Mark Figueroa is a performer/choreographer based in the tri-state area. He has been teaching for 5 years & is trained under various renowned Choreographers such as Ashle Dawson, Keith Thompson and Renee Lorenzetti; in the Philadelphia & NYC regions in the styles of modern, jazz, street jazz & contemporary, with a solid base in the street form of Hip-Hop dance. Mark has had the opportunity to perform & choreograph at multiple venues & events such as INVINCIBLE Michael Jackson Tribute Tour, Battle of the Bands (Giants Stadium with Dj UNK & Hurricane Chris), The TLA in Philadelphia, SpringUP Festival under Keith Thompson, CARNIVAL LA and opened for Ciara at Croc Rock . He has also choreographed for numerous competitions & music videos as well as artist development with artists Denise Tembo, Alonzo Gross & more. He is currently an instructor/company director at the world famous studio of Millennium Dance Complex, a chain located in Philadelphia. His style consists of versatile, flowing movement with hard-hitting accents that deliver an effective, communicative “tour like” feel and dance quality. He encourages students and fellow dancers to work at their best ability, “feel it first” and to strive for greatness within themselves.
