STAFF - BRIA COMER

Meet Bria Comer

Dance Instructor

Bria is a professional dance educator and licensed physical therapist assistant. She has her Bachelor of Arts in Dance from James Madison University and holds her PTA license from the Maryland Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. She has been teaching dance since 2004, and working in pediatric physical therapy since 2019. Bria's classes may involve cross-training, rhythm awareness, and injury prevention to help each individual become the best version of themselves. Bria currently teaches contemporary and children's classes at 24/7 Dance Studio, and also teaches tap and children's classes in Mount Airy. She works part-time at Pediatric Movement Center in Frederick - so if your dancer ever needs physical therapy, check her out there! She has also worked with groups such as Pathfinders for Autism and Spirit Club to provide virtual group dance/fitness classes to promote movement and learning. When she isn't working, Bria loves to read, exercise, and hang out with her husband and their dog Slinky and son Oakley!
